Arkansas Plane Crash Leaves No Survivors

In a tragic plane crash near Perryville, Arkansas, a single-engine plane left no survivors after crashing into the Winona Wildlife Management Area about an hour west of Little Rock.

The pilot, Olin Bransetter and his wife Paula Bransetter were killed along with the Oklahoma State University women’s basketball coach, Kurt Budke  and assistant coach Miranda Serna.  Bransetter is a former Oklahoma State Senator.

The National Transportation Safety Board has investigators on the ground to try and determine the cause of the crash.  The Federal Aviation Administration records indicate that the owner of the plane was Bransetter and was built in the 60’s.

Investigations by the NTSB can often take months to determine the cause of the crash.
